We specialize in janitorial services, including but not limited to, churches, offices buildings, dealerships, etc. In addition, NextGen Janitorial Services offers additional specialty services in the following areas:

Windows: Professional window cleaning inside and out.

Hard floor deep clean: We use our multi-wash floor scrubber to deep clean dirt and grime from hard floor surfaces.

Carpet cleaning: Both steam and low moisture methods are used when cleaning carpet. We take great pride in our detailed method of cleaning. We begin by doing a thorough vacuuming of the carpet, next comes a pre-spray solution, followed up with a carpet brush (loosens dirt from the carpet fibers). Next, a hot water extractor (steam) or very low moisture (VLM) bonnet is used to remove the soils and stains, high powered commercial grade fans are placed to promote fast drying time. Lastly, if needed, we use a carpet rake to also increase dry time and give a more uniform look.
